RESEARCH

Her research area is power system, distribution monitoring, fault diagnosis, smart grid and quality of engineering education.  Published 2 patents, one on smart meter and another on fault diagnosis methodology in distribution system of smart grid. Published 13 papers in reputed International & National Journals, 34 in conferences and 9 books in four universities. Apart from technical topics her research interest is also in  improving quality of engineering education like innovative teaching and learning methodology, learning resources development, effective generation and utilization of latest teaching aids, staff-students’ performance improvement, elements of quality education, course outcome and models related to accreditation process of which few papers are published in AICTE-ISTE educational Journals & conferences.

She is an international mentor of reviewers and reviewer of reputed international journals like Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Springer etc. She has reviewed international book on HVDC Transmission of Tata McGraw-Hill publisher. She has been invited by various states & countries as a key note speaker, session chairman, invited lectures, reviewers, member of technical programme committee, member of advisory committee, chief guest and invited guest in reputed IEEE and other International conferences in her research area.

Recently she has been selected for 2018’s Women Research award by International organization of scientific research and development. (IOSRD)
